ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PRESENTATION  OF CONCEPT STRUCTURE PLAN PHUENTSHOLING THROMDE 
        
Phuentsholing Thromde would like to inform that structure plan for entire Phuentsholing Thromde area is currently 
under prepration by a consultant and the concept structure plan is ready for public presentation.Therefore,all the 
land owners,representatives from government agencies,autonomous agencies,corporations and private sectors,industrialists
and the general public under phuentsholing thromde are requested to kindly attend the presentation and discussion on
21 January 2013 at 10 am in the confrence all,phuentsholing Thromde.

ANNOUNCEMENT

This is to inform the General Public residing under Phuentsholing Thromde that the Urban Land Tax with effect from the year 2012 have been revised with the approval by Thromde Tshogde during the 3rd session held on 23rd March 2012.

Therefore, the concerned residents are requested to kindly take a note of the revision of Urban Land Tax as mentioned below:

a) Green zone area and under high tension wire - Rural Rate

b) Pekarshing, Malbasy and Gurungdara - 50% of Nu. 0.25 = Nu. 0.125 sq/ft

c) Peepaldara and below - 100% 0f Nu. 0.25 = 0.25 sq/ft

d) Thuedmi, Nar Bdr.'s area and above - 50% of Nu. 0.25 = Nu. 0.125 sq/ft

e) Below P/Ling-T/Phu highway - 50% of Nu. 0.25 = Nu. 0.125 sq/ft
