 Processing birth registration to Department of Civil Registration and Census (DCRC)

Procedure
  1. Fill up the form no.BCRS-BR-01 with Affix legal stamp
  2. Documents required:
    1. Parents CID copy
    2. Birth document
    3. Health card
    4. Parent court marriage certificate if not statement from concerned Tshogpa
