1. Fill up th form No BCRS-CID-01 A with Affix legal stamp and attach 2.5cm x 3.0cm picture verified by concern Tshogpa if in case the applicant is applying for CID for the first time.
2. Documents required:
1. Parents CID copy
2. Birth document
