Phuentsholing Thromde is pleased inform the land owners of Toorsatar and Pekarzhing that the new Lag Thram are ready to be issued. Land owners who have completed the formalities during demarcation and survey may collect the new Lag Thram from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm during working days. A fee of Nu.200/- will be levied on each copy of Lag Thram and old Lag Thram are to be surrendered.

Further, land owners who have not paid the annual land tax for the past years are kindly requested to clear the dues.
