It has been observed that importers are directly negotiating and settling the payments of loading and unloading charges with the loaders at the Truck Parking, Phuentsholing for transshipment of goods. This has led to overcharging of transshipment rate by the loaders. Thromde management has been receiving numerous complaints on charging high rate and about items missing during the transshipment.
