The Development Regulatory Division would like to remind all the building owners in line to the previously issued notification vide letter no PT/DRD-05/2022-2023/00453 dated 21/07/2022 regarding the "Paintings and Uprooting of shrubs/plants from the building Facades". During the inspection, it was noticed that none has started the aforementioned works which have to be completed before 30th August 2022. 

Therefore, all the building owners who were issued with the notification from this office shall strictly follow up the aforementioned works and shall be completed on the mentioned timeline. Those failing to adhere to this notice shall lead to disconnection of the services.
