This is to inform the general public that the new MBOB service introduced by Phuentsholing Thromde have been availed by most general public for Utility bills payment,however there were few inconsistencies observed while availing the service.As per our requirement/instructions the users were supposed provided Bill Number(eg.PT/2020/135960) in the remark column to enable us to identify the bills and update in the system.
In absence of the above crucial information,this office was unable to update your payments in the system.Therefore,we request those who have deposited the bills through MBOB without providing the bill number to kindly visit our office on Thursday dates 30/4/2020(water bill due date also falls on 30/4/2020) to updated in our system to avoid outstanding in next bill.
The inconvience cause is highly regretted and Phuentsholing Thromde shall not be accountable or liable for any lapses due to non-compliance.
We once again urge valued customers to avail our new MBOB service as per the instructions.
