While we commend the practice of household segregation of wastes and cooperation rendered by the general public so far, there are few incidents with regard to dumping of wastes during odd hours and piling up nearby roads. Such frequent sights could be attributed to sheer negligence from few individuals. In addition, we reiterate that Thursdays are earmarked specifically for collection of cartoons. As a real time service provider we do admit that providing services to over 30000 residents is a challenge and sometimes fail to reach at stipulated time.

However, Thromde along with the designated firms are working round the clock to get it done. In keeping Phuentsholing Thromde clean, we urge the general public to shoulder your responsibilities and dispose wastes upon the arrival of collection vehicles. From our end, we will be closely monitoring the CCTV footages and the defaulters shall be penalised as per the "Waste Prevention and Management Regulation 2016".

Together as a collective team we can thrive to curb such challenges.
