With reference to the decision of the Technical Committee Meeting held on 22/08/2022,Development Control Division(DRD) under Phuentsholing Thromde would like to notify all the Building owners of Phuentsholing Thromde that in absence of the document related to the building constructed prior to 1997 Thromde is not able to issue the Occupancy Certificates.
