ICT  Cluster Services is in the process of conducting Digital Literacy Skill Enhancement Program to all the Regional Heads under Phuentsholing Thromde from 13-15 Jan 2019. It is one of the components under Digital Drukyul flagship programme, Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC). 

The aim of the program is to enhance the digital skills of the citizens throughout the country to ensure that our people are not deprived of the opportunities offered by technologies. As part of this programme, target is to train various segments of people (public servants, business, youth, monks, semi illiterate/illiterate society) within the next five years.
