Phuentsholing Thromde would like to inform the general public that the construction of Northern By-pass Road (NBR) is in full swing. The project is funded by ADB and implement by SASEC PMU, Thromde. In order to facilitate the construction of Underpass at the junction near RSTA- Bus Terminal. The Phuentsholing Thromde, in consultation with the relevant stakeholders, initiated the Temporary Traffic Diversion. The vehicles going to Toorsa (Ammochu) from gate No.1, gate no 2 and core town area should fol'low Lower Market Route and the second Omchu Bridge and further. It is very crucial to complete the time bound, donor assisted project,
