In pursuant to the decisions of the Land Issue Committee meeting held on 3rd Oct 2019, the Management would like to notify all the land owners  under Phuentsholing Thromde that "all land owners subjected to land transactions are mandated to pay 5% transfer tax within 30 days from the day the transactions request if officially accepted by the Thromde" .In case of failing to adhere this, the transaction  documents shall be rejected and forwarded back to the applicant.

This notice shall come to effect from 8th October,2019.
