This is to inform the general public that as per the letter no. NLCS/DoLAM/LMD-Lease(Bl2) /2022- 23/008585 dated 24th October, 2022 the Thromde has been delegated the responsibility of issuing Letters of Interest (Lol) required for the processing of new lease land (only for statelands) for all types of activities within its jurisdiction.

In accordance with the directive, Thromde management directed the Environment Division for the issuance of Lol. Therefore, all those applicants requiring a Lol for a lease land proposal under Phuentsholing Thromde should process through Thromde office only.
