This is to inform property owners under Phuntsholing Administration that the Thromde will be collecting annual land and  house taxes with effect from 1st November 2020 till 31st  December 2020. Failure to pay before the dateline will be levied 24% penalty. 

Also property owners having arrears as listed in our website to settle immediately. Defaulters for three or more consecutive years shall be dealt as per the Land Act 2007.
