Phuentsholing Thromde will be carrying out Demarcation and Survey of plots under Ahlay LAP, Rinchending Demkhong, as per the Local Area Plan from 03 rd May 2018. All the plot owners are requested to attend personally or send authorized representative with proper authorization letter on the schedule date without fail . Thromde will not accept any modification in the plan due to failure of plot owner to report on time and shall have to bear the cost of resurvey at later stage.Further, the land owners of Pekarzhing and Toorsatar who have not reported during demarcation and survey are requested to kindly report to Land and Survey Section within 15 th May 2018.
